Chicago Fire Foundation 
Each year, the Chicago Fire Foundation renews its commitment to improve the quality of life for youth and communities throughout Chicagoland by promoting health and wellness, education and the environment. The Foundation has contributed more than $1.5 million to the Chicago community since 1998.

Kroenke Sports Charities (Colorado Rapids)
Kroenke Sports Charities works to fill the needs of our community through support of education and recreation initiatives for under-served children and families. Kroenke Sports Charities supports education and recreation initiatives, appearances and sports clinics by players and coaches; donations of autographed merchandise and tickets, and the gift of service by their employees.

Columbus Crew Foundation
The Crew Soccer Foundation utilizes soccer as a vehicle to serve at-risk youth through education, field development and healthy lifestyles. Their core areas of philanthropic focus are: literacy and scholarships; soccer field creation, refurbishment and programming in underserved communities; and heart disease risk and prevention, concussion awareness and childhood obesity.

United for D.C. (D.C. United)
The United for D.C. mission is to champion education, health and recreational programs and events that serve disadvantaged youth of greater Washington, DC by engaging resources and skills of D.C. United and the community. Their objective is to focus on reading and literacy as well as healthy lifestyles and life skills initiatives.

FC Dallas Foundation
The FC Dallas Foundation is focused in three areas: build future soccer professionals; promote healthy, active children; and support disadvantaged youth. Programs include offering referee scholarships to teens ages 14 to 18, fitness initiatives aimed at spotlighting childhood obesity, and Kicks for Kids.

Dynamo Charities
Dynamo Charities is the charitable arm of the Houston Dynamo. Focus areas include: Childhood obesity prevention through physical fitness, nutrition education and healthy lifestyle enrichment activities; college or continuing education scholarships for high school athletic program participants; and strengthening communities through support to social service organizations and schools with emphasis on disease education prevention.

LA Galaxy Foundation
The LA Galaxy Foundation is committed to helping children through educational, health and soccer based initiatives and programs.

Montreal Impact
The Montreal Impact supports and encourages causes that revolve primarily around the well-being and development of children. The Impact has opted to support and encourage causes that revolve primarily around the quality of life for children by addressing needs in the fields of leisure, health and education.

New England Revolution Charitable Foundation
The purpose of the New England Revolution Charitable Foundation is to assist a variety of charitable organizations and programs by supporting their educational, family and health initiatives. In particular the Revolution will attempt to target our activities specifically towards youth programs and programs with close ties to the game of soccer.

New York Red Bulls
The New York Red Bulls support the community through the Kicks for Kids program, player appearances and donations.The Kicks for Kids programs began in 1996 in an effort to assist Major League Soccer teams with reaching out to various local charities that serve at-risk and disadvantaged children.

Philadelphia Union Foundation
The Philadelphia Union Foundation provides opportunities for children through the power of relationships to offer transformational change in the areas of education, community, health and recreation. The Foundation aims to have a positive impact with respect to their character development, academic performance and physical well-being.

Portland Timbers Community Foundation (Stand Together)
The Portland Timbers Stand Together mission is to harness the power of sport to improve the lives of children and families through targeted programs, deep partnerships and philanthropic giving. Grant seeking organizations must fall under one of the following areas of focus: youth education, youth sports, youth health and fitness, environmental awareness and activism with youth and families.

Real Salt Lake
Real Salt Lake supports the community through appearances from players and their mascot, Leo the Lion, as well as donation requests. Real Salt Lake also established the Heroes Among Us program that honors everyday people who have made a positive impact to improve the lives of others.

San Jose Earthquakes Community Fund
The San Jose Earthquakes Community Fund was created to facilitate and support programs that produce positive change for children and families in our community with an emphasis on health and fitness. Major community outreach programs include: Kicks for Kids, Get Earthquakes Fit, the Xfinity Soccer Clinic Series and our BAAST Scholarship Program.

Seattle Sounders FC
Seattle Sounders FC are committed to make an impact in the community by creating opportunities for fans to interact with coaches, players and staff through local service projects like planting trees, cleaning up neighborhoods and raising awareness about health, fitness and the environment.

Sporting KC
Sporting Kansas City looks to serve and contribute to the many philanthropic efforts that thrive in Kansas City and pride themselves in their involvement in the local community.

MLSE Team Up Foundation (Toronto FC)
The MLSE Team Up Foundation supports organizations that use soccer as a developmental and learning tool – those who teach the benefits of strong leadership, teamwork, communication skills, as well as the importance of good healthy and fair play. The MLSE Team Up Foundation believes all kids should have access to sport and the opportunity to develop lasting dreams on the playing field.

Whitecaps Foundation
The Whitecaps Foundation aims to help create the fittest generation of youth in BC by 2020. Programs promote physical activity, good nutrition and a lifetime of healthy living. This year, more than 2,200 youth and their families across BC participated in free soccer clinics and over the last 23 years more than 25,000 girls and boys have taken part in a Whitecaps Soccer Camp.

The Arsenal Foundation was launched to help engage more young people than ever before and continually move forward in growing its community work. The Chelsea FC Foundation uses the power of football to provide sport, health, education and environmental initiatives throughout our communities.

Crystal Palace FC Community Foundation
The Foundation’s main areas of work are Football and multi-sports development, Social Inclusion, Health and Education, Disability and Women and Girl’s Football. The Foundation has consistently achieved over 100,000 participation attendances in recent years and aims to attain even higher figures in the future.

Everton in the Community
Everton in the Community is a leading sporting charity and is proud to deliver a range of program to promote health, education, social inclusion and equality of opportunity across Merseyside using the power of sport.

Fulham FC Foundation
Fulham Football Club Foundation is a leading community sport charity that aims to build better lives through sport. They use the power of sport to deliver a variety of inspiring education, health, disability, social inclusion and football programs in our community.

Liverpool FC Foundation
The Foundation is dedicated to changing the lives of those who need it most by providing programs that inspire positive change and build better futures for young people and adults.

Manchester United Foundation
The Manchester United Foundation works in some of the most disadvantaged areas across Greater Manchester and uses the passion for Manchester United to educate, motivate and inspire young people. The Foundation delivers football coaching, skills training, personal development and life changing experiences, providing young people with opportunities to change their lives for the better.

Newcastle Foundation
The Foundation’s mission is to take the Football Club to the community, to use the unique passion for the game in this region to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families.

Norwich City Community Sports Foundation
Norwich City Community Sports Foundation is the official charity partner of Norwich City Football Club and helps over 50,000 people every year achieve their goals through sport, supporting some of the most disadvantaged, disabled and talented people across Norfolk.

The Saints Foundation
Southampton Football Club embraces its role within the community and is committed to ensuring the power of football can have a lasting impact. The Saints Foundation works with over 25,000 individual participants each year, accumulating to over 200,000 visits across a range of projects within the core themes of Football & Sports Participation, Education, Youth Engagement, Disability Sport and Homelessness.

Stoke City Community Fund
The Stoke City Community Fund is a major community initiative which makes a difference to the lives of many local people. The Fund is a grants scheme which will fund small, local community-based projects in Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

The Foundation of Light
The Foundation of Light is a registered charity of Sunderland AFC and uses the power of football to involve, educate and inspire more than 42,000 young people and their families across the North East each year through a broad range of innovative and award-winning programs that can help change their lives.

Community Trust at Swansea FC
Community Trust is a non-profit making organization promoting the positive side of football to youth, while also encouraging them to support their local football club, enables us to show them the benefits of teamwork and good citizenship.

Tottenham Hotspur Foundation
The Foundation uses football as a vehicle to create life changing opportunities for children, groups and individuals within communities. This is achieved by working with a wide range of partners including central and local government departments, schools, colleges, businesses and charitable trusts to design programs that engage with all sections of the community.

The Albion Foundation
The Albion Foundation is a registered charity that works in partnership with West Bromwich Albion Football Club. The aim is to use the medium of football and the kudos of West Bromwich Albion Football Club to make a difference in the local community.

West Ham United Community Sports Trust
In line with their ‘Moore Than A Football Club’ ethos, the West Ham United Community Sports Trust is committed to equality, social inclusion and supporting the needs of the local community. Equality, inclusion and cohesion are themes that are common across all programs with specific initiatives including the promotion of inclusion and participation in specific areas, such as disability sports, girls’ and women’s sports, Asians in sport (as part of the PL4Sports Project) and Faith & Football.
