World Malaria Day and Juggle-a-thon

jat2013Every 60 seconds a child in Africa dies from a malaria infection. That is why former MLS player Jared Montz created the OSA World Juggle-a-thon for Nothing But Nets.

On April 25, 2013 – World Malaria Day – soccer players of all ages juggle anywhere in the world they have a ball at 6pm their standard time and try to break their juggling record. Players juggle by themselves, with friends or their teammates.

This is the 3rd annual OSA World Juggle-a-thon! $10 saves a life!

Soccer Walking America is a 45 day, 15 city video series tour by former pro soccer player and founder Jared Montz to fight malaria and encourage soccer players worldwide to juggle to save lives in the OSA World Juggle-a-thon for Nothing But Nets on April 25, 2013; World Malaria Day.

Soccer Walking America was filmed between 3/10/13 and 4/21/13. Jared juggled with hundreds of youth and pro players in 43 cities, logging 18,977 miles traveling by planes, trains, buses, automobiles and of course…. walking.
